Fees & Payments

Payment arrangements are flexible and can be tailored to suit your needs, at the discretion of your Perfect Score representative at the time of sign-up. We aim to make our services as accessible as possible, so if you have any concerns, we’re happy to discuss payment options that work for you.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We’re truly sorry if you’re considering cancelling your service or requesting a refund. Our goal is to provide outstanding value, and we’d love the opportunity to understand your concerns and explore possible solutions.
If you do wish to cancel, please reach out to our management team at support@perfectscore.com.au so we can discuss your situation. While we strive to accommodate our clients' needs, refunds will be processed in line with the Australian Consumer Law, ensuring fairness and compliance with all relevant regulations. Any refunds issued will be processed through the original payment method.
